When searching for a Repair Card for another Library 

Go to Checkout
Click on User Search icon (as you do when searching for a patrons name)

Search For:  Repair
Click on radio dial:  Keyword Search
Select which library you want in the Library box.
Click on Search



And Voila!!  It will take you straight to that library's Repair Card.  No guessing what their library code might be.
