We improve by hearing what our customers want and need, so please feel free to direct people to our lovely A5 feedback forms that are out in multiple places at both branches. It is coming up to the time of year again when council Fees & Charges are decided, so if you have customers providing feedback around our prices please feel free to give them a feedback form to complete. I know lately we have been receiving lots of verbal feedback around our photocopy costs so capturing this in writing would be useful. Customer contact details are optional on these forms, so customers who do not wish to provide these do not have to.
